Q?Do you have a contract?
A.

Yes.  All clients are required to sign a letter of agreement prior to work beginning on their event.  Sample letters of agreement are available for perusal.

Q?Do you require a deposit?
A.

Yes.  All clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost within 30 days of signing the letter of agreement.

Q?What happens if my date changes?
A.

If Becca Bee Events is available on your new date, the existing letter of agreement will simply be modified and re-signed to reflect the change.  If Becca Bee Events is not available on your new date, Becca will attempt to outsource your event using her discretion and/or suggest other planners.  Unfortunately deposits are always non-refundable, as the holding of your original date prohibited us from booking additional events surrounding your day. If your new date crosses a calendar year (i.e. moves from 2013 to 2014), you will need to pay any applicable increase in fees.

Q?Can I sign a letter of agreement with you if I don’t know my wedding date?
A.

Yes.  Please reference the above note on date changes.

Q?Do you work more than one wedding per day?
A.

No.  In fact, we don’t book more than two weddings per month in order to deliver personal attention and focus to each client.

Q?When do you arrive on site?
A.

The day of your event, the first stop is always to see the client. After checking in with the bride and groom, we travel to your venue to begin set-up. Typically we arrive either with the first vendor or just before. Becca Bee Events does not limit the number of hours worked on the day of your function.

Q?When do you leave?
A.

Whenever you feel comfortable. Sometimes the bride and groom permit us to leave just after the cake is cut. Other times, we stay to see the bride and groom off. Becca Bee Events does not limit the number of hours worked on the day of your function.

Q?What if I’m not able to meet you face-to-face for an initial consultation?
A.

Often times, we work with clients who are located in other states and even other countries. With the advances in technology, it is possible to arrange a “face-to-face” consultation via Skype, or you can forgo the visual element and simply conduct all planning discussions via phone. Becca Bee Events is happy to serve as the “boots on the street” for all full-service clients.

Q?Why should I choose Becca Bee Events?
A.

Rule of thumb: Make sure you connect with all of your vendors. That being said, choose Becca Bee Events because Becca is calm, decisive, patient, experienced, and above all, professional.
